I've notice a water leakage on the right side of the car under the hood its coming from like a L SHAPE PIPE its cause the car to steam can someone please tell me what's going on

There is a coolant overflow drain line that comes from the top of the overflow reservoir and runs to the lower end of the frame, to allow overheating coolant a place to spill. If that is what you have, then you need to address the overheating. (you might have a bad thermostat, for instance.)
If only I could upload the pic its like a pin hole in the L shape pipe and when I put water in the car it runs out within an hour can you tell me the name of the part
Yes, a pic would help. Disregard my answer above then. There is a smaller diameter l-shaped hose called a coolant bypass hose. If the hose itself is punctured and leaking it will need to be replaced, and new coolant added. It's would be wise to replace the thermostat too, if that hasn't been done in a while. If you need to drive it in the meantime, be sure to keep your coolant level topped off to avoid overheating the engine.
