Power Steering Pump replaced and still hard to turn

I just had my power steering pump replaced
because it was hard to turn and was making
a loud rubbing noise.. It doesnt sound that
way no more but it is still hard to turn.. I dont
know much about cars this my first car.. I
need help turning my wheel everywhere i go
please help me out...

Sounds like like the rack and pinion has some valves that are sticking try adding some Lucas Power Steering Stop Leak to power steering pump it not only stops leaks but corrects hard steering. It really works
