.2017 GMC Terrain back door will not open

On the roof where the push button is, the push button has a twist switch around it. This sets the door to open to a height you preset. If it is turned all the way down, perhaps the door stops without opening. Try turning the knob all one way and see if it makes a difference, then turn all the other way and see what happens. Then half way and try it. Check the fuse box and make sure your fuse is good. Can you open it manually from the rear? Like Mr F- O-R said above, a 2017 is under factory warranty. Their problem.
