the rear axle is on recall, so why doesnt their QUIK PATCH hold up?

the 2000 windstar was suppose to have had the rear axle repaired in 2011. the axle has
broken right where the patches were put. why doesnt ford have to stand behind it? the
main office said they have to only fix it once. it the, so called fix, doesnt work, what can
be done?

You need to file a compliant on the nhtsa website. We have to prove it's unsafe for them to recall their bracket fix

so in order to prove their QUICK FIX is unsafe, someone has to die??? I asked that same thing to the Ford motor company head office. The guy hung up on me!
