My 2017 corolla gives me a message on the dashboard that says Please take a break, what does this mean?

That is a new one. I believe the car "thinks" you are driving erratically and that you need to take a break.

I think that is correct cause i am 64 and believe I should not drive after 10pm. I had to drive later than 10 when light came on i knew i was tired as i started drive slower and regulated my speed. Had my daughter 28y/o co polite Best pull over and rest if light comes on
