oil / filter in my wife's 2017 Outback , "lotta" dash lights

I changed the oil/filter myself as I've always done , howeverrrrrr...This time
when I started the car and backed up out of the cold garage
these lights all came on ,
check engine light .
XMode light ,
cruise control light ,
brake light in the Speedometer  not the parking brake light in the Tachometer
and sometimes the AT Oil Temp light and the Vehicle Dynamics Control
warning light .
Now car won't move forward without almost bucking , reverse seemed ok for
12 feet .
Coincidence possibly / probably , but it's a weird one .
Just put a scanner on it, got 2 codes ,  p0700 $07e8  &  p0700 $07e8pd both
related to Transmission Control System ( MIL Request ) Cleared the codes
but they come back , car "bucking" ...

Double check everything where you were working. It only takes one broken ground to cause all kinds of trouble. If it all checks out, then it's time for a professional to have look at it. Could be a computer failure.
