2017 Jeep Grand Cherokee gauge cluster doesn't work

Question type: Maintenance & Repair

So I have my son's Jeep in my shop with a dark gauge cluster.
The only thing that will work on the cluster is the red alarm light.
I've been chasing grounds on the vehicle for 14 hours total now.
All the fuses are good, with good continuity, Still no gauge
cluster. Am I missing something?

Could be a failure in the BCM. Do you get any signals from it on a live data scan?
