ATF fluids

Question type: Maintenance & Repair

My ATF dip stick has dexron ll E. I
cannot find such fluid, can I use
something else when I exchange and
replace the filter? It's an import, RHD.
Also need to know how much fluid to
use. No owners manual. 3.2L V6
24valves, 4spd,auto. 4X4. Thanks.

Later Dextron fluids are backwards compatible. Multi purpose fluids that meet Dextron specs should work. Read the label!
