when a/c is on blows ice cold and then hot??

Staying at idle? Or when your driving? Sounds like your cooling fans aren't operating correctly.......a/c cold engine warms fans kick on at higher speed to compensate due to engine heat. Just a first impression.

thank,s mark for answering.it go,s cold to hot driving or at idle? the compressor clutch is lock in all so.. if that tell you any thing?? you can drive for 10 mil or so and it will go hot cut off the a/c and cut it back on and it is cold for 10 or 15 mil and it go,s back hot????
