I just bought a new 2017 Toyota Prius, Trim Level 3. Can one switch between the 3 drive modes (Power Mode, Eco Mode, Normal Mode) while the car is in gear and being driven?

Read your owners manual but I do not believe there is any reason why you cannot. All you are doing is changing computer settings.
