Second of all, I bet they used cheap parts, you may need to get the rotos cut or replaced with better ones.

Thanks for responding I purchased the parts brand new from Auto Zone and my brother-in-law put them on

Brothers in law are not known for being master mechanics. Better have it checked out by someone who knows what they are doing.

Indeed. He did work at a repair shop as a qualified technician. He has done the brakes on both of my vehicles previously with no issues thereafter.

If you still trust him have him check it out. Clearly something is wrong and it probably is a safety issue!
