What will you use the truck for? Hauling and towing, light duty or just transportation? Do you live in the flat lands or in the hills?
Light duty, boat towing, live in mostly flat lands.
The higher ratio (3.21) should do just fine. If you plan on installing over sized tires I would go with the lower ratio.
