I have a 1999 Ford Expedition. The 4 wd dash lights won't go off although it's not in 4 wd nor will it go in 4 wd when needed. It's only running at 30%. Suggestions greatly appreciated.

'97 Ford Expedition XLT: Every now & then the door lock(s) go "nuts", it seems they are trying to "cycle", the knobs don't go up nor down but a "cycling" sound occurs in one or more of the door locks.
