Honda Civic 2017 wont start
Hi all, I am driving a 2017 Honda Civic (push
start) upon parking it, I had my foot on the
break and pushed the engine start button and
it appeared to have initiated a whole slew of
problems. Next thing you know the dash
board lights where going off when the car was
shut off and bunch of warning lights went off
that mentions something to do with break
system. Now the dash board lights aren’t
going off and when I attempt to start the car
the proper way (foot on brake pedal and
pushing the start button) nothing happens. In
fact, I do notice some level of tension when I
press down on the break pedal. I called
Honda service center to see what the problem
is and they are telling me it can be a dead
battery so I called road side assistance to see
if I can get a jump. Just for the record my key
won’t even function properly. When I push to
lock and unlock the car nothing happens.
