Run a circuit of the proper gauge from an unused socket in the fuse box under the hood. Insert the proper size fuse. DO NOT attempt to tap into an existing circuit, especially on a new vehicle under warranty. Just about everything inside the compartment is computer controlled. Computers do not like reverse polarity or an over load. One oopse and you void the warranty and could be in for a very expensive repair.
