2006 liberty no right front blinker

yes, bulb is new, there is no power at socket for turn signal or when I put the hazards on . however the parking light at the socket works. I was thinking it could be the hazard relay

Does the right rear turn signal/hazard light work? If so that would eliminate the possibility of a relay? Also, The relay will control the entire turn signal circuit, Since your left side works it wouldn't be a relay Did you actually check to see if you were getting voltage to the light socket?

Check the wires to see if they have power, use sewing needles to pierce the plastic and then connect your multimeter to the needles
