06 Jeep Liberty AC Compressor

I have an 06 Jeep liberty. The AC Compressor is starting to
smoke and seize I was wondering if there is anyway to
bypass the compressor until I have the money to buy a
new one?

Don't know if it will work on your jeep, but I bypassed my compressor on another vehicle by installing a shorter belt and routing it past the compressor without hitting it.
