your vehicle is equipped with a passive vehicle protection system and will be activated and will disable the vehicle from starting if there is a: Damaged encoded key. Unprogrammed key. Non-encoded key (key has no electronics). Wiring concern. Transceiver concern. PCM concern. Module communications network concern. does your service engine light blink as you roll the vehicle over?
yes my anti theft light is on. It cranks but thats it. Last night we took the battery out and let the whole car drain, hoping it would kill the brain. We had a half tank of gas but added 5 more ga. this morning and yay it started for two munutes. What do you think?
Have you done a fuel pressure test? I know a common problems with these are crank sesors aswell which will keep it from starting
thanks Mark for trying to help me it has spark so I am thinking I need to reset the fuel switch when I look at the diagram mine does not have the switch on top. it is sunk in and feels like a screw.Do you know what I mean?
Mark this is kinda fun Theres so much imformation. Its like being on a quest to beat the factory. And where are the crank sensors. Thanks again
The crank sendor is locked at your crank pully bottom of engine where your belts go on
Your MAS air flow sensor is dirty, get a can of MAS air flow sensor cleaner pop the air filter cover off, spray the MAS sensor good pop cover back on and it should start good again.
