No fire to single coil wire on 2005 jeep liberty 3.7L

I have a 2005 jeep liberty 3.7L . There is no
fire going to one cool pack on the driver side
middle cylinder it has a new coil and plug
with a testor no fire to the wire checked
wires all the way till fingers bleed changed
relay , reset  computer. done everythig I can
think of . Ready to roll it in the ditch . The
thing stay in a limp mode so I give up please
help
