Does this site ever contribute to necessary recalls?

Asked by Fylicia Feb 26, 2020 at 11:37 AM about the 2017 Kia Soul +

Question type: Maintenance & Repair

Including myself, in a short time of owning a
Kia soul plus (a 2017 Kia Soul)has been out
long enough for the kinks to be worked out.
There are way too many review were‘s
reporting what I can only deem as electrical
issues. Electrical issues are just about the
worst thing you can have on a vehicle. I don’t
know how many times I search the Kia soul
recalls. There is zero recalls, on at least a
2017. But there are over 30 complaints and
reviews related to the same issues and yet Kia
has still not been pinned down to do recalls.
Whoever is in charge of this Guru site, I
strongly suggest that Kia be reviewed and
subjected to recalls.

Recalls come directly from the manufacturer. Plus they are for safety related things, like broken parts and potential fire issues. Cargurus is a listing ad site and has nothing to do with recalls or Kia's. I commend you on doing your research, but if you have an issue, talk to your Kia dealer, as you might have a warranty on repairs.
