Question type: Maintenance & Repair

o4 Liberty 123K miles 2 wd V-6 My check eng lite came on with codes P2317 (Ignition coil F secondary
circuit) and PO306 ( cyl 6 misfire detected) Does this mean I have to change # 6 coil pack ? I've change the
plugs a week ago, thanks

The coils are all the same. A very simple test would be to swap a known working coil pack with the malfunctioning one and seeing if the codes reappear for the cylinder to which it was moved.
