Why is the check TPM system light on

well the system seems to think that your tires are underinfllated...there is a number which you should pressurize them to both front 28 psi (maybe) and rear 30 psi (maybe) look 'pon your doorjamb for the correct pressure...the light should go off then~

check TPM system usually indicates a faulty sensor in a tire or a bad pickup in the inner fenderwell.....
