Power Steering Not Working

i was off-roading and doing donuts and my power
steering stopped working. i turned off my vehicle
and turned it back on and it didn’t help. i checked
the reservoir and there’s liquid. tried pulling in the
lully and it wouldn’t move. any suggestions on
what i should replace?

Remove the belt then recheck the pulley, with the engine running slowly loosen but don't remove the high pressure line from the pump, is there pressure? If yes go with steering gear. Just a note these pulleys like to break then just spin free
