2007 Yukon Denali Speaker Issue

Question type: Maintenance & Repair

On my 2007 Yukon Denali the driver's side speaker sporadically goes in and out when I am turning left or
when I go over a bump. It's very sporadic and doesn't do it every time. Also, it seems that when it does go
out and I stick my hand between the seat and the console and "jiggle" it a little it seems to come back on. I
am not aware of speaker wiring being under the driver's seat but this seems to correct it for some
unknown reason.

As you can assume, this is very annoying with it going in and out when going over bumps and turning left.
Any help for solutions would be greatly appreciated.

I would guess that when you wiggle your hand between the seat and the console, the front end of that console is wiggling something under the radio. You might have a loose connection up there.
