if my suv comes with a "tow package" does that mean it has a hitch?
or do i have to have the "hitch" installed separately before i can tow my 25 foot
airstream flying cloud? thank you.
It means you have the equipment installed in your Yukon to allow it to tow the load specified by GMC on your door plackard. Part of this equipment is a receiver attached to your frame and seen in the middle under your rear bumper. You will need to buy a draw bar and hitch ball to meet the specs of your load. With a Yukon, it is probably a Class III, receiver and will require a ball that will fit your trailer as well as an electrical connector. for the lights and brakes on the trailer.
