Have 2015 GMC Yukon Denali 4-W drive. We tow behind RV. Today when I shift transfer case into Neutral (carefully following the amended instructions), transfer case goes into neutral BUT steering wheel locks. Please advise.

Mystery solved with some help from RV.net forum. The OM for our car is bad and wrong. There are supplemental instructions plus dealer notice related to this. The amended steps include doing it, waiting 30 sec, redoing it, waiting 10 sec and then finishing the sequence (I'm not kidding). Well this time I tested the steering wheel BEFORE turning off 'add-on' battery disconnect switch. That was the key. I must turn off battery and/or disconnect before testing steering wheel.
