electrical: new battery drains

Asked by GuruDFK18 Mar 01, 2020 at 06:34 PM about the 2003 Jeep Liberty Sport

Question type: Maintenance & Repair

Battery drains after about 2 weeks.  Installed new battery by dealer with new
connections.  Battery and charging system checked by dealer ,  2 chain auto
store and a qualified mechanic.  I checked for hidden lights on such as glove
box and engine compartment and all good. When the engine is off and doors
locked a flashing red light appears and continues blinking.  Is this normal?
Any idea as to what is draining the battery?
