I have  2003jeep liberty 3.7 v6 motor.
I found 2004jeep liberty3.7 v6 motor.
The mechanic told me that I can do it....so
Can you put a 2005 3.7 v6 jeep liberty motor in a
2004 jeep liberty 3.7 v6 motor..

NO NO NO, I installed 2004 3.7 into a 2003, I changed engine wiring harness and ECU, It still does not fire up, Please no one should attempt unless your sure you have every wiring and electrical component that goes along with the 2004,, Key, ign switch, ECU, complete engine wiring harness, I have not been able to find everything on the list so I cannot say for sure that will work. Thanks try not to have a stressful engine swap.
