Jeep liberty will not turn over.

I have a Jeep Liberty that I have changed
the starter,
battery, relay and also bypassed the
ignition and relay
trying to get it to turn over and it still won't
crank. All is does
is clicks once.

make sure the batt terminals are tight , some starters are junk out of the box from bargain stores . I wouldn't think the motor is seized but if you want to remove the plugs and serp. belt see if you can turn the crank pully by hand
