Any special tools required to replace the Brake Master Cylinder on 1999 Explorer with ABS?
My plan is to bench bleed the M/C and do a secondary M/C bleed once
mounted on the vacuum booster. Hopefully this will work and not get air into
the ABS

Since the master cylinder is new I suggest when bench bleeding you stroke the piston it's full length (slowly) as corrosion and contaminants have not built up yet to damage the seals. The full stroke (several times) should push all the air out. If using clear tubes as returns, any bubbles present means you have to continue bleeding. Hope this helps.
