Jeep wrangler messed with

My ex got under the hood and did something to my jeep wrangler so that my daughter
and I couldn't leave what can I do it has lights but won't start

Take a flashlight and follow the pos battery cable down to the starter see if you can see anything disconnected or unplugged.

Pictures please.take pics under hood by battery and under dash by fuse box.
