Selling Without Test Drives?

Asked by Bradford Dec 28, 2020 at 01:08 PM about the 2002 Jeep Wrangler Sahara

Question type: Car Selling & Trading In

I am selling my car in a separate state from where I reside.
It is in a safe location with someone I trust, but I don't want
to ask them to manage the sale for me. Would it be
appropriate to tell potential buyers that test drives are
unavailable? And how can I reassure potential buyers that
while they may not be able to test drive the vehicle, it is still
in excellent order?

1 Answer

Do what you want. I would never buy a car I can't test drive but this is up to you.
