I have a 2002 grand jeep cherokee limited edition v6 i have a problem with heat n defrost it all blows out on the floor then its not even hot its super cold like the ac how do i fix this asap

With it blowing on the floor it is a vacuum leak from the engine to the heater box somewhere. I would say on this model that the door actuators are vacuum controlled too. Find the broken vacuum hose and it may fix it all.

You may be right on the blend door but it will have vacuum to control where the air flows.
