1999 Ford Mustang What All Do I Have To

standard transmission

Engine, transmission, driveshaft, engine and trans mounts, cross member, rear axle, all 4 brakes, V8's are larger, ECM, wiring harness's, struts and shocks, etc. Your better off parting out the V6 and purchase a V8 based on time and cost. Check out stangnet forum for other questions.
