Difference in 94 mustang to 99 mustang

What is different in the  chassis of the two? Or is the
exterior the only real big difference, I do know that
the 94 uses obd1 but I don’t care about interior
specs more exterior and what hold the two cars
together

Both cars are the same body style. I do not care for them myself and would buy a newer one if I were in the market for a Mustang. Of the two years I would buy the newer one.
