parking lights and liscense plate light

1998 Jeep Cherokee 4x4  ltail ights and front parking lights and marker lights work on the passenger side and not the drivers side? Brake lights work and turn signals work all around. Bulbs are fine. Liscense plate bulb was blown but i cahanged and still doesn't work

Each side has its own fuse so most likely you have blown one. Fuse panel is under the dash on the passenger side.
