My ABS light stays turned on, all brakes are new, pads, everything, only light on dashboard will not go off. Any suggestions?

Nothing abormal showed up in the scan, i am changing all the sensors as aprecautin and see if that clears the problem
Changed all the sensors, still the light stayed on, went out and got second ABS computer, light went off an then a couple of days later the light went on again. I am having the brakes purged of any air in the system and see if that takes care of the light. will keep you posted.
Im having the same problem on my 2000 jeep grand cherokee abs light come on for a second n then goes off, when I turn the jeep off all the gages go wild n the jeep won't turn back on till I press the break peddle.. the gage stop moving n the jeep turns on...

In my case it was the ABS pump HCU. Costly from the dealer, but you can get it from a junk yard. Or, not do it at all.
