I would look into Michelin tires. All of the Michelins I've ever had gave amazing tread life, traction, and handling. Goodyear is another good choice, although your tread life might be a bit lower. Figure that even with proper care, the mileage rating on most tires can be decreased by about 20% in real life -- so a 60,000 mile "rated" tire will be about a 45,000 mile tire in real use.
