i got a 91 honda accord the sports mode light stays on and how much would it be to get the light off and i cant go fast only 2 miles per hour

There should be a button on the side of the shifter that has "S" on it. push it and that should take it out of sport mode. if it doesnt work look forward to having the tranny looked at.
i tried to hit it wont go off but thanks dude now can you help me with my orther problem
I would say it is all transmission problems doing it but im not a tranny guy. could be a solenoid pack that is faulty or something to that nature. but im not exactly sure how that tranny is set up.

The sport button changes the shift pattern and boosts the line pressure in the tranny to make it shift at different times and to engage the gears harder to make it feel sportier.
Is the main relay underneath the steering wheel is a bit tricky to take it out but once u doit should be ok....thepart is about 60 to 65 bucks a bit expensive but cheaper than to wait for a mecanic to tell you o is this or is this but we cant be sure till we try ha ha u now what am talking about!!!anyway it will be ok!!!
