1995 jeep Cherokee country

Asked by Rob Jun 11, 2020 at 01:17 AM about the 1995 Jeep Cherokee Country 4-Door 4WD

Question type: Maintenance & Repair

I have a 95 jeep cherokee country 4x4. Recently had a steering column replaced. Before
that everything was fine. Now in drive it feels like the brakes are being applied. In
reverse it's fine. Anyone have a clue. My mechanic says he has no clue. 2 weeks ago
had new calipers, pads master cylinder and that valve beneath master cylinder as well
as new drums for rear and shoes.

If the brake lights are on all the time I would look to see if something is jammed up against the brake linkage.
