I have a jeep wrangler 1995 V6, and there are two valves on top of the engine. they look like elbow joints or something. They have a hose atached to them, and both hoses go different places. One hose is broken and i was told i need to replace the whole set up because they are all guncked up. I just do not know the name of these hoses or valves.or Where to get them, I was told they were pcv valves but I dont think the 1995 has those.

Yes, those are PCV hoses, my parents' 1992 has them, and they do crack and need to be replaced as a set. Been there, done that. ;) We got ours from the dealership, there was no aftermarket available part when we replaced them a couple of years ago.
go to any chain auto parts store and get a small air filter, its cone shaped and onlt about an inch or two wide. this will fit on the hose and everything will be fine. its only for circulating air into the valves.
Please in the name of all that is holy in the Jeep world do not call it a V6! It is an I6. All 6 cyl are in line, not a V shape!
One hose is the pcv, the other provides engine vaccuum to accessory items (egr, fuel reg, etc). Both should be replaced, and being chrysler product; you are most likely going to get stuck having to get it from the dealer.
