How do I submit JDM vin numbers?

Question type: Car Selling & Trading In

I have a 1990 skyline listed on your website. An offer has
been received, but japanese vin numbers are shorter than
USA vin numbers. How do i respond to the buyer if car
gurus won't let me proceed because my vin doesn't work
with your system?
