If the fan is not moving check the fan motor and relay. If no water is moving through the engine check the water pump. Petrol can be leaking from the fuel tank or fuel lines. Any poodle of fuel on the floor? Follow the smell and look well where it seems to be stronger. Be careful, a car leaking fuel is dangerous to drive.

Water problem can be 1 of 3 problems. 1)Thermostat sticky and not opening to change water.2)Waterpump faulty.(Does not happen often).usualy starts leaking water if packing up.3)Blocked Radiator.( Driving witout antifreeze, building up rust)If car have been Standing for long time.I will first change Thermostat. 9 times out of 10 its the problem.

Petrol problem. If there is no leaks that you can see or smell. Lock your petrol cap. Someone is pinching your petrol. Hahaha.
