burning oil

I find it hard to believe 2017 car is burning oil, how do you know it's burning oil...are you getting black smoke from the tailpipe

did the dealer inspect it? Take it back periodically so that can document the usage.

if its burning oil it should have blue smoke daughters 2013 sorento 4 cyl did not show blue smoke but used 1 quart in 200 km changed oil to valvoline 10w30 high mileage synthetic over 750 km has not used 1/3 quart yet it does not correct the problem but stops excess oil burning hope that helps could also try 20w50 in summer
