What happens of front pump is broke? Will
truck still run?

Front pump meaning the pump in the automatic transmission? If so it will start and run, but might not move. Also running the engine with a damaged front pump could cause further transmission damage.

Okay guys, I have a 1999 Ford ranger truck, it works and drives great, but I don't have reverse in it .what should I do ?where should I go???

....... the front seal is leaking will that stop it from going into reverse?????
