2018 Equinox sunroof shade

Driving down the road 2018 equinox clip
brakes off of sunshade hits me in the eyebrow
it starts bleeding. Thank God it wasn't
Mayeye. Sunshade snaps back hard. I Went
back to the dealership sunshade is all wrinkly.  
Four days before my warranty ran out.  Asking
them to replace it. Is this repairable? Will it
look like new again?

Is the clip plastic and it broke due to age and getting brittle? Have the dealer replace it. If it doesn't look right when you get it back, complain and have them get the wrinkles out or replace the whole assembly.
