what Could cause random misfires?

Question type: General

Cylinders 2, 4, and 6 are misfiring even after
full tune up , we replaced all spark plugs,
wires, and coil packs

Dirty or clogged fuel injectors, air leaks, fuel pressure loss (bad filter, pressure regulator, or fuel pump), cap & rotor... It would help if you knew if the misfire was caused by the air fuel mix leaning out or not.
