I have a 2005 kia Sorrento and the power locks will not work

These are known electrical issues with Sorento. Same for me...drivers seat, window, rear brake lights going out repeatedly, dome light and door locks from key fob only....complain to dealer that these are known issues. You might get lucky. My warranty had already expired when a Kia mechanic told me about these known issues.

I had the same problem. On mi KIA Sorento, the dome lite doesnt work. The reason? Replace the Transistor that is at the bottom of the left wall. If you look at it sitting down, is at the left of the brake pedal below the fuse box, lift the carpet and you will find a transistor Go to dealer, $ 15.00. no auto parts store has one.
