This sounds like you might need a new fuse? The fuse box is located below left of the steering wheel. You pop off the cover and you can see all the fuses. On the back of the cover it tells you which fuse is for what. Sounds like yours is the media fuse. You can pull it out w/needle nose pliers (I tried tweezers on mine but they didn't work very well), and if you inspect it you can see if it's burned out.

Try pressing the pin hole reset button beside your power knob. I thought maybe it's a fuse issue but after pressing it for 5 seconds it works like charm!

The pinhole trick worked on ours! But the pinhole was located in top right by the DISP button. Thanks :)
