Power steering belt seems to be squealing. Replaced belts, idler pulley, pump and still squealing. Goes away if rev up over 1500 rpm. Comes back when slows. Replacing reservoir next. Any ideas.

Pump is original equipment and reservoir, from rock auto. Belts are from NAPA and I got the Asian fluid too. I am worried its rack and pinion.

Have you hit anything, like run over something that would damage the rack?

Haven't hit anything but can't figure the squeal. Rack was only other thing. It did stop the belt once and lost power steering for a few seconds once.
